Having a great day
For breakfast I Had oatmeal with cinnamon
For lunch pasta bolognese
And After lunch huge day1 workout as you can see in my last post
Now I’m having an afternoon snack carrot sticks and grapes 🍇 🥕
Drinking lots of water
Can’t wait to see the result in a month or so ^^ so happy
About to do some yoga later on 🧘🏻♀️
