🌟 Reasons I wanna be skinny 🌟

  • To hear the compliments. You’ve lost weight. You’re looking great! Wow, your legs!
  • To be dainty. I want my future girlfriend to be able to hold me and Carry me bridal style without straining
  • To be beautiful. When I’m thin my cheekbones will pop, my jawline will be sharp, my legs will look longer. I will be beautiful when I’m skinny.
  • To attract people. I’m far too ugly and awkward now, I’m weird and strange and can’t talk. But if I’m pretty and awkward? Then I’ll be adorable when I stutter, when I blush it will be cute and not ugly like a fat, pink pig.
  • When I’m looking down at the ground I won’t have a double chin
  • Bigger, noticeable thigh gap
  • “Do you eat?”
  • Stop craving sugar and sugary foods. If I stop eating sugar I won’t want it, I won’t be fat and my skin will look great.
  • Accentuated figure. My hips will jut out more, my butt will look bigger, my collarbones sharper and my arms more delicate.
  • To be happy. Once I’m thin I’ll have one less problem to worry about. I won’t be totally happy and I’ll still have other problems but at least I won’t obsess over weightloss so much anymore.

Holiday Binge Plan

For family gatherings, and sticky situations!!! Stay safe and find a way to enjoy yourself!!!

  • Keep talking during the mealtime, maybe not to the whole group because that could draw too much attention, maybe a favourite cousin or something

  • Volunteer to babysit a younger relative, you’ll have your hands full and will have an excuse to eat less

  • If you’re setting the table, leave some things in the kitchen!!! So you have an excuse to go back in during the meal and skip a few seconds or even minutes

  • Let people know you’re vegan! Make up a whole sob-story about loving animals

  • Ask a buddy to call you, so can leave the table and answer, say they’re from work or school!!!

  • If you have control of the food, try to look for low calorie but good meals that are passable as “normal”

  • If you’re musically talented, perform a number or two, while everyone’s eating, it burns calories while you’re at it lmao

  • There’s always the option to pretend you have explosive diarrhea all of a sudden

  • If you’re a girl and still have your period, say dysmenorrhea is making it super painful to ingest anything

  • Say you had something you wanted to show everyone and leave the table to look for it (like a medal or an artwork or something new you bought like a gift)

  • Pace yourself with everyone else. Take a while cutting your food, push it around the table, move your mouth like you’re chewing, pass around servings to other people

  • Stay in contact with food, don’t look like you’re afraid of it or they’ll make you eat

Other tips:

DONT TALK ABOUT WEIGHT OR NUTRITION or don’t engage with that, it could possible go to your weight loss or even fat-shaming

DONT LOOK AT MIRRORS FOR TOO LONG don’t make it look like you care too much about how you look, you’re normal, remember?

DROP THE BODYCHECK HABITS: fingers around your wrists, arms, thighs, feeling your collarbones, your ribs or your hips, stop it!!! People will notice, trust me!!! They will!!!!

TALK ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE’S LIVES, people begin to notice things less when they’re absorbed with themselves, so making conversations about THEM will help you!!!

DO NOT USE THE WASHROOM as your go-to hiding place!!! People might think you’re purging, even if you’re just going to be on your phone, they’ll suspect

DO NOT PURGE, not even on normal days tbh, but if this is a habit, do not do it with guests in the house!!! You don’t want any plumbing problems, or a stench, or even your breath and just anything suspicious

SMILE, smile, smile, smile, have a great time!!!

Not all gatherings are about food, once the eating’s over, loosen up and have fun with your family and friends, catch up with people and let yourself live!!!

My Personal Tips For MAXIMUM Weight Loss & Beauty

  • Drink one glass of water every hour. It will make you feel full. 
  • Drink ice cold water. Your body will burn calories just trying to get the water to a normal temperature to digest. Also it is GREAT for your complexion. 
  • Drink 3 cups of green tea daily. It will help boost your metabolism, plus tea is filled with antioxidants that make your skin look great. 
  • Take vitamins daily to make up for any nutrients you aren’t consuming. Do not take vitamins on an empty stomache though, unless you’re used to it, otherwise they have nothing to catalyze with. 
  • Eat ice or gum when you think you’re hungry. This will make your body think it had food without the calories and will give your mouth something to chew.
  • Do aerobics until you want to faint. They’re awesome for your heart, and will build your endurance. 
  • Eat spicy foods from time to time. They can raise your metabolism. 
  • Take cold showers because your body will burn calories trying to heat you back up. 
  • Brush your teeth constantly so you won’t be tempted to eat afterwards and so that your teeth stay white. 
  • Try the old ‘rubber band around your wrist’ trick and snap it when you want to eat. 
  • Think about or clean something gross (toilet, litter box, boyfriend’s closet) when you want to eat. You will not want to eat after cleaning a litter box. (YUCK!)
  • Use “Henna and Placenta” or a similar deep conditioner on your hair to keep it healthy.
  • Get a job so you’ll have to work through meal times. 
  • Exercise twice the amount of calories eaten. This way, not only do you burn off what you’ve had, you also burn some of the fat you have stored up.
  • Use smaller plates and utensils so you trick yourself and your mind into thinking you ate more. 
  • Chew each bite of food thoroughly and then take a sip of water between bites. You will feel full a whole lot quicker and will not eat as much. 
  • Buy small clothes that you can’t fit into and hang them wear you can see them everyday. This will motivate you to lose weight to fit into them. 
  • Sleep at least six hours a day. If you get less than six, this can lower your metabolism by 15%. 
  • If you start to feel hungry, do sit-ups or bicycles. Not only will it distract you, but you will also work your abs as a bonus!
  • Pamper yourself! Give yourself a facial, paint your nails, anything that makes you feel pretty. 
  • Join a weight loss or ‘be fit’ group or start your own website or follow people who bring this sort or inspiration on Tumblr. Anything that will keep you motivated is good!
  • Practice good posture, it burns 10% more calories when you sit up straight. 
  • Never eat anything bigger than about a cup. Your stomach will expand and then you’ll get hungry more often. Eating smaller portions will prevent your stomach from stretching.
  • On days when you REALLY need thinspiration, eat in front of a mirror, naked.
  • Wear perfectly applied lip gloss. It makes you more aware of what’s going into your mouth. Also, flavored ones help with cravings. 
  • Have 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. This jumpstarts your metabolism if you’re always digesting something.
  • Low calorie hot chocolate curbs chocolate cravings, and makes you feel full. 
  • Take anti-acids if you’re really hungry. They neutralize the acid that builds and makes you hungry, and gives you a boost of calcium.
  • Take a picture of yourself wearing a bathing suit or something equally revealing, and look at it when you want to eat. 
  • It takes 20 minutes for the brain to realize the stomach is full, so wait 20 minutes before eating more. 
  • Eat lots of fibre. It makes you feel full and takes fat out of your body. The natural cleansing helps improve both your energy level and overall feeling of wellness. 
  • Before you dig into that cake, bag of chips, candy, or something else unhealthy, take a deep breath and count to 100. Usually by the time you get to 100 you will have convinced yourself that you don’t really want it. 
  • When you’re hungry after already eating, chug 2 glasses (or however many you need) of straight water. It’ll make you so full and nauseous you will have completely lost your appetite. 
  • Celery actually burns calories. Every hour, eat a stalk of it. Not only will it fill you up, but it will also get your metabolism kickin’. 
  • Weigh yourself before and after every time you eat. Not only will it eliminate unnecessary eating, but it will make you want to eat less when you see the numbers creep up. 
  • Read the nutritional information. Remember, fat-free does not mean calorie-free, and usually fat-free means fake. Also keep an eye on fiber content. Get as much fiber into your diet as you can, while cutting fat and calories. 
  • Don’t eat a lot at once. Spread your food throughout the day. This will help to avoid binges and keep your metabolism going. 
  • If you like to drink alcohol, you’ll like this. Make a rule: You can only drink every time you lose 2lbs. So, if you lose 4lbs a week, you can drink Friday and Saturday night. However, if you only lose 2lbs a week, you only get to drink one night. You can do this ‘reward system’ with anything you want, too, so if alcohol isn’t your thing, try it with something else.
  • Do not eat in front of the computer or TV. This distracts you from recognizing you’re full. You can binge and overeat way too much this way.
  • Stay away from Slim-fast and other so-called “healthy” candy bars and shakes… one look at the nutrition facts will tell you why. With all the carbs and excess calories you may as well go eat a freakin pie or something. Not to mention the ridiculous prices… save yourself the money, and the calories. And the artificial ingredients in those things….no way!
  • An occasional binge doesn’t hurt, and in fact it’s quite beneficial if you have reached a plateau. Your body will think you have stopped ‘starving’ yourself, and you will drop at least a pound overnight! Just don’t binge too regularly!

ALRIGHT GUYS THIS IS EVERYTHING I ATE TO LOSE 50 LBS. I eat very weird i know but I was also vegetarian at the time of losing and was slightly picky when it came to food. I didn’t eat sweets and was very cautious of what I ate. I didn’t work out at all. The veg refried beans with cheese was and is still my all time fave✨

🍃In no way is this a healthy diet but by doing this I LOST ALOT and worked hard and I’m still very proud of myself🍃

My safe foods are; meaning pretty much all I eat.

•oatmeal

•special k protein cereal

•greek strawberry yogurt

•low calorie bread for 1 slice of toast

•vegetarian refried beans ½ cup (weird Ik but it is so good and helped me a lot with the weightloss) I also added ¼ or less of low fat mozzarella cheese with it.

•lean cuisine cheese pizza

•grapes and strawberries

•banana slices with skim or soy milk

•wheat thin with morning star chick’n patty.

I also ate a plain salad for a week and lost a good 5lb during the very beginning.

Regular lettuce

Tiny bit of low fat cheese

2 croutons

A small amount of low fat ranch

I ate around 400-750 calories depending on the day. To lose 40lbs it took me 4 months so that was pretty much 10lbs/month.

Honestly, I’m at my best when my ed is at it’s worst. My room is clean, I dress nice, I wash my face more, I whiten my teeth, I wear makeup, I do my hair. For some reason the only thing that pulls my out of my depression spiral is my ed and the only thing that pulls me out of my ed is my depression. Idk if anyone else feels like that? Idk I just always feel better when I’m losing weight and excersizing and not eating. Idk maybe it’s my body thinks I’m finally being healthy? But I’m not? So… idk, it’s just really weird.

Three Main Rules

  1. Dinner
    must be eaten by 7pm, after that there is no food consumed until 7am at
    the earliest. (Basically it’s like a 12 hour fast, meaning that if you
    live by this rule for a year you have fasted half the year!!)
  2. Three
    hours must pass between the last time you ate and the time you go to
    bed. This ensures that you are actively burning calories while the food
    is initially digesting versus when you are sleeping and burning
    basically nothing.
  3. Weigh
    yourself two times a day. One at night before you go to sleep, and once
    after using the bathroom in the morning. (This is more a self-esteem
    booster, you are always thinner in the morning.)

General Tips

  • B6 and B12 will speed up your metabolism.
  • Purge in the shower or in the sink.
  • If you’re about to binge chew gum, and look at your fat.
  • Drink a glass of water every hour.
  • Eat at least one meal every day.
  • Take caffeine tablets.
  • Smoke when you feel hungry (not ur weed tho lol).
  • Brush your teeth.
  • Always have Sugar-Free gum around.
  • Sleep at least 6 hours, any less and it stimulates your appetite by 15%.
  • When you sit, fidget. It might not burn a lot, but it’s more than if you are just sitting still.
  • Fake allergies.
  • Hit your stomach when it’s grumbling.
  • Try to eat when people are around.
  • Associate food with feeling sick.
  • Never eat anything without nutrition labels.
  • Save one dollar for every meal you don’t eat and buy yourself a present.
  • Take a bath/shower.
  • Always take your vitamins.
  • Know when your trigger binge time is and avoid it.
  • Drink water!!! (This is super important, okay.)
  • Watch fat people eat.
  • Listen to loud music.
  • Spinning yourself in circles decreases hunger.

Additional Tips

  • Eat more negative calorie foods like fruits and vegetables. they’ll keep your digestive system moving with fewer calories.
  • Drink lots of water, as you already should be doing, this way your body will be well hydrated, and you will less likely become lethargic.
  • If
    you’re eating a few larger meals each day, try eating smaller bits of
    food more often, so if your eating 1 meal then make it two smaller one
    etc. Changing your caloric intake does not always mean decreasing! if
    your metabolism has slowed down, it may need some more calories to speed
    up a bit. Don’t overdo this, just try to increase by 10%, and when you
    passed the plateau, you decrease 10%.
  • You
    can also try a spike, this is when you eat regular meals for one day
    (should equal roughly 1500 cals) to jump start your metabolism, then
    simply return to your regular eating habits the next day.
  • Okay,
    so usually when you use a new shampoo, your hair will be so soft and
    shiny you’ll keep using the shampoo…but after a few weeks it doesn’t do
    anything special. It’s the same with exercising; your body will get the
    best out of a workout when it’s being challenged. So the first time you
    run a mile you may feel exhausted, your muscles might be sore and all of
    that…but if you keep running one mile each day for a week or two, your
    body will build more muscle, use those same muscles over and over while
    neglecting others, and won’t be as challenged. You should change either
    the length of time or intensity of your workout so you can challenge new
    muscles.

Facts & Tips

FACT: You can only purge up to 80% of calories consumed.

TIP:
Avoid high caloric binges, instead eat things with a greater mass and
less calories. Fruits and veggies are always a good choice.

FACT:
Carbohydrate digestion starts in your mouth. Our salivary glands
secrete amylase, which is a digestive enzyme that begins the break down
of carbs.

TIP: Avoid eating carbohydrates at the beginning of the meal, because you’ll absorb more calories. Save the carbs for desert.

FACT: Fat is digested in the small intestines and therefore you feel fuller after eating a high-fat meal.

TIP: Eat the fat first because it takes a long time to digest, therefore you’ll adsorb less calories than eating carbs first. Beware, fat has twice as many kcals as carbs and proteins.

FACT: Laxatives do not affect calorie absorption
Most food and calories are digested and absorbed in the small
intestines and laxatives only affect the large intestines. Yes, you’ll
lose weight, but the weight lost is from water and fecal matter.

TIP:
Only use laxatives after a large meal that you did not purge
afterwards, this way you’ll see the real amount of weight gained instead
of the fecal matter gained.

Hiding Your Habits

  • If
    you find you must go to a family or somewhat thing, get something
    reasonable like a muffin, and just carry it around with you.
  • Put dishes in the sink, leave evidence from what you’ve eaten.
  • Don’t forget to get rid of food you were supposed to eat.
  • Put your diet pills in a vitamin bottle.
  • Don’t tell people you think you are fat.
  • Invent some mysterious illness, which will be a good excuse not to eat! (Works best with parents.)

More Hiding Your Habits

  • Don’t
    raise suspicions, once people realize what you are doing, they’ll watch
    and monitor you every minute. Start hiding your habits and practices
    from day one, so no one has ever seen any of it. When one thinks your
    anorexic, there is nothing you can say to convince them you’re not.
  • Check
    the fridge when no one is around. Get some food, prepare it, and then
    trow it away. For example, some eggs.. get three eggs and some butter,
    bake the eggs, throw them on a plate with some bread, and then dispose
    them. Leave silverware too!
  • Don’t
    ever talk about food with other people, they’ll think that your
    obsessed if you do this too much. And, talking about food may raise the
    question of you already ate. In case they do, have your excuses ready:
    ‘My stomach is upset’ ’ I’m to exited/nervous/busy etc. to eat’ ‘I don’t
    feel like….’ ‘I’m not hungry yet, I’ll get something later’
  • Spend
    different meals with different groups of people, tell them all that you
    had a big meal earlier or will be eating something later on. Make sure
    the different people will not be comparing notes. Or plan your schedule
    so you’re too busy at mealtimes to eat then.
  • Watch
    where you dispose of uneaten food or other “evidence”, make sure that
    it isn’t going to be seen or found by anyone. Wrap food up and throw it
    away outside the house. If you live alone, always take the trash out
    before anyone else comes over.
  • Buy
    food. People are fairly predictable. If they see you buy food and come
    home with food, then they just naturally assume that you eat it as well.
    Get things like crackers and cookies , keep them in your room, and
    carefully pack them out again later to throw away. Careful, this can be a
    little dangerous if you’re prone to binging and have trouble keeping
    food around, or if you feel guilty about throwing food away. If the
    food’s something you don’t like and won’t binge on this may be easier to
    do.
  • Don’t
    get angry. Don’t deny everything if confronted. People will believe a
    little truth with a big lie much easier than a huge lie. Act as if it’s
    no big deal instead of reacting emotionally and people will tend to
    believe you.
  • Tell
    people you’re on a diet, you became a vegetarian, your doctor has you
    eating only certain things, whatever. Often people will be very helpful
    in keeping you from eating if they think there’s a socially acceptable
    reason for it.
  • Don’t
    show off your weight loss until you’ve reached the weight you want to
    remain at. People will start to watch you more carefully and maybe ask
    questions, and you want to avoid calling attention to yourself.

Eating Less

  • Drink lots of water. When your stomach is full of water there’s no room for food!
  • Become
    a vegetarian, not just pretend. It gives you an excuse to not eat
    certain foods (helps with parents), and meat is high in fat anyway.
  • Fat free chocolate milk is good for sweet cravings.
  • Set some rules for yourself.
  • Diet pills. Might be dangerous, but you’re not dieting to be healthy your dieting to be thin.
  • When you get the urge to snack. Start cleaning! Use chemicals for the gross smell to help curb hunger.
  • Sugar-free gum is still your best friend.
  • Don’t eat out!!
  • Don’t eat anything you don’t know the nutritional value of.
  • Drink lots of tea.
  • Chew your food until it dissolves.
  • Sparkling water, or Crystal Clear. It fills you up more.

Diets

There’s
numerous diets out there, we’ve all seen them. If you can stick to
them, then they’re sure to work. Personally I’ve done both the ABC, the
2468, and the Sacred Heart Diet. Currently I am doing the ABC diet,
which is by far my favorite of course every body is different and others
might work for you.

The 2468 Diet:

  • Day 1: 200 Calorie Intake
  • Day 2: 400 Calorie Intake.
  • Day 3: 600 Calorie Intake.
  • Day 4: 800 Calorie Intake.
  • Day 5: 0 Calorie Intake. (Fast.)

Some
people do a 600-calorie maximum, and some don’t fast. Taking the max
from 800 to 600 will make your average metabolic rate lower, and cutting
out the fast will not allow you to fully capitalize on the heightened
metabolic rate that you’ll have after consuming 800 calories the
previous day. Therefore, the standard 2468 probably works the best.
Though some people even fast for two days at the end. It’s all up to
you.

Sacred Heart Diet:

It’s basically a soup you eat for 7 days. It’ll clean your system of impurities and gives you a feeling of well-being.

Recipe:

  • 1-2 cans of stewed tomatoes.
  • 3+ large green onions.
  • 1 large can of beef broth (no fat).
  • 1 package Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle).
  • 1 bunch of celery.
  • 2 cans of green beans.
  • 2 pounds of carrots.
  • 2 green peppers.
  1. Cut the veggies in small to medium pieces.
  2. Cover with water.
  3. Boil for ten minutes.
  4. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, or even worcestershire sauce.

This
soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry during the week, eat as much
as you want whenever you want. This soup will not add any calories, in
fact, the more you eat the more you will lose. You may even want to fill
a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.

  • Day One – Eat only soup and fruit today.
  • Day Two – All vegetables. No fruits at all. Soup!
  • Day Three – Soup, fruit, and veggies. If you haven’t cheated you should find yourself weighing 5-7 pounds less.
  • Day Four – Bananas and skim milk. At least three bananas, and drink as much milk as you possibly can. Eat the soup!!
  • Day Five – Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes. No more than 6 tomatoes. Soup too.
  • Day Six: Beef and veggies. Eat to your hearts content. Keep eating the soup!
  • Day Seven: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies. Make sure to keep eating the soup.

At
the end of the 7th day, if you have not cheated on this diet, you
should have lost 10-17 pounds. If you wish to do the diet again, stay
off for two days before returning.

Eating Out

You
can’t avoid it, sooner or later someone is going to want to take you to
eat out, but there’s thing you can do to not eat more than you should.

  • Drink tons of water! This will leave less room in your stomach for your inevitable high-calorie meal.
  • Depending
    on who you’re with/what you’ll be able to get away with, push aside ½
    of your meal and have the waitress box it up for you. (You can just
    throw it out later.)
  • Make a comment about how the last time you ate there was some ligament in it so maybe you’ll have a salad or something.
  • Salads though!! They’re full of nasty calories in restaurants. Avoid salads with fried chicken, lots of cheese, and always ask for dressing on the side.
  • Never get the House Dressing, Ranch Dressing, or Thousand Island.
  • Lastly, if you’re at a restaurant with
    “dessert people”, get a more substantial meal. (If you are getting a
    salad or grilled chicken or add a side.) You just have to make sure that
    everyone sees you eat enough for it to be reasonable that you don’t
    have room for dessert.

Fasting Tips

  • On a day you plan to fast, make a list of things to do to keep yourself busy and your mind off food.
  • You’re going to want to rest the first three days.
  • You feel more emotional during a fast.
  • Prepare
    for the fast. Eat fruits and vegetables beforehand so you don’t get as
    hungry while fasting, raising the chances of a binge.
  • Carry around gum, bullion cubes, or zero cal sodas.
  • When done with a fast, start with low calories (50-100) and slowly bring yourself back up to regular intake.

Things To Do If You’re Starting To Get Hungry

  • Drink a glass of water quickly.
  • Drink a diet soda instead, and tell yourself it’s a meal.
  • Look at your body in a mirror. See all that fat?
  • Tell your body it’s confused. It’s not hungry it’s tired. Take a nap.
  • Clean.
  • Brush your teeth.
  • Paint your nails.
  • Put on lipstick or lip gloss.
  • Look at thinspo.
  • Watch episodes of Heavy or Intervention. (Might not be triggering for everyone.)
  • Watch a gory movie.
  • Craving a specific food? Google “fat person eating ____”. (Works every time for me, to be honest.)

More Distractions
