There are two vegan ramen options at Domu, this is the spicy miso ramen. It has the best flavor in my opinion, but definitely very spicy. The other is the shio ramen and it’s a nice salty broth. I added a lot of extra toppings to my ramen: grilled corn, beech mushrooms, bean sprouts, and garlic chives. SO GOOD!
