  • It is OK to eat
  • 1000+ calories a day is a normal and perfectly healthy daily intake
  • A single binge will not ruin your progress
  • It is never too late or too early to recover
  • You can never be ‘too heavy’ to recover
  • Eating disorders are not about your weight or appearance but about your relationship with food
  • Everyone with an unhealthy relationship with food is valid, and deserves help and support
