Elevated Ants on a Log
Here’s a celery challenge: how fancy can you fancy up your Ants on a Log?
Our favourite stalky greens have been receiving extra attention as of late for their juicing-approved properties. In case you missed it: we’re juicers. It should go without saying that we approve. But we’re also keen observers of the world, and it seems to us that the hollow basins of our celery stalks demand a slathering of nut butter filling… no?
To do your own investigative research:
- Tahini mixed with a squeeze of lemon; topped with salt, Za’atar, chili flakes, Greenhouse Coconut Chips, and micro-greens
- Peanut butter and mashed raspberries
- Coconut butter, with chocolate drizzle and a sprinkle of chia seeds
- Hummus—with tomatoes, salt and pepper, and fresh parsley
- Tahini mixed with maple syrup, topped with lemon zest and dried rose petals
- Peanut butter and dried currants (AKA “The Classic”)
- Coconut butter, with a sprinkle of hemp seeds
- Hummus—with cucumber, salt and pepper, and fresh parsley
