Elevated Ants on a Log

Here’s a celery challenge: how fancy can you fancy up your Ants on a Log?

Our favourite stalky greens have been receiving extra attention as of late for their juicing-approved properties. In case you missed it: we’re juicers. It should go without saying that we approve. But we’re also keen observers of the world, and it seems to us that the hollow basins of our celery stalks demand a slathering of nut butter filling… no?

To do your own investigative research:

  1. Tahini mixed with a squeeze of lemon; topped with salt, Za’atar, chili flakes, Greenhouse Coconut Chips, and micro-greens
  2. Peanut butter and mashed raspberries
  3. Coconut butter, with chocolate drizzle and a sprinkle of chia seeds
  4. Hummus—with tomatoes, salt and pepper, and fresh parsley
  5. Tahini mixed with maple syrup, topped with lemon zest and dried rose petals
  6. Peanut butter and dried currants (AKA “The Classic”)
  7. Coconut butter, with a sprinkle of hemp seeds
  8. Hummus—with cucumber, salt and pepper, and fresh parsley
