Before anything, this is MY rule list. I made it myself so you don’t need to follow it if you don’t want to.
⚠ THIS AIN’T HEALTHY AT ALL ⚠
🖤 On school days, you won’t have breakfast unless it’s gym class day, and you won’t eat till dinner time.
🖤 You’ll take care of your skin, hair, and teeth. Starving doesn’t mean you have to forget to take care of the rest of your body.
🖤 Friday is fasting day. NO EXCUSES
🖤 2l of water every day. NO EXCUSES.
🖤 If you eat, you have to give water to your plants. If you eat too much, your plants will die.
🖤 If you really have to eat, do it only if your stomach growls.
🖤 If you are on your period, you are allowed to eat more fruits than usually to give your body some sugar.
🖤 If someone gives you some chocolate, candy, or anything unhealthy as a gift, you’ll thank that person politely and give it to someone who truly needs it when you get home.
🖤 Did I say water already? DRINK. WATER.
🖤 I don’t fucking care how hungry and irritable you feel, you are NOT GOING TO BE RUDE WITH OTHERS, THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TROUGH AND THAT’S OK.
🖤 If you binge, you’ll skip at least one meal the next day.

I miss that
I miss that feeling when you step on the scale and you see the numbers dropping. I miss that feeling when you walk and you started to be dizzy because you didn’t eat all day. I miss that feeling when you put Your clothes on and they look a Little bit big on you. I miss that feeling of happiness and proudness every time i say no to food. I miss that feeling when you drink water on an empty stomach. I miss that feeling when i used to lay down on the bed and started to touch My rib bones.

💎Fasting Rules💎
Fasting is hard. I’m currently fasting and I’m going on 36 hours so far. Here’s some tips/rules/distractions for fasting.
1. Spin around in circles, it will make you too dizzy and nauseous to eat.
2. Always have water with you.
3. Drink ice cold water when possible (it speeds up your metabolism and burns calories.)
4. If you feel hungry, drink some hot green tea, the heat can suppress your appetite. Plus green tea raises your metabolism.
5. Caffeine pills/diet pills suppresses your appetite as well.
6. Chew sugar free gum.
7. Take lots of naps. Skinny girls need their beauty sleep.
8. Read. Nobody likes a stupid girl.
9. Clean something. Skinny girls aren’t messy.
10. Take a shower.
11. Brush your teeth when you want to eat. The clean feeling and mint aftertaste will put you off food.
12. Cold baths burn calories.
13. Do some crunches.
14. Do yoga.
15. Try enjoying hunger pangs.
16. Weigh yourself.
17. Look at your self naked and pinch your fat.
18. Take walks.
19. Try 0 calorie Mio water enhancers.
20. Look at thinspo if you feel hungry.
21. Go on Pro Ana blogs.
22. Make a Fasting Journal and write about how you feel during the fast, why you want to fast, and the benefits of fasting.
23. Make a list of “bad foods.” Periodically, cross one of the list and pledge to never, ever eat it again. Eventually there will be none left.
24. Munch on some ice, it will trick your brain.
25. Shave.
26. Always have a To-Do list so you are never bored. Complete all tasks before falling asleep.
27. Try to stick to plain, distilled water. Zero calorie soda can make you gain weight in the long run, but if you feel it is necessary, go ahead and drink DIET drinks only.
28. Watch people eat and notice how disgusting it looks.
29. Dance like crazy to an upbeat song. Dancing burns more calories than you would think.
30. Make an After-Fast food plan to slowly introduce different foods back into your diet so you don’t gain all the weight back.
31. Make a weight loss blog, you wouldn’t want to disappoint your followers by failing your fast, right?
32. If you’re new to fasting, try a juice fast first.
33. NEVER break a fast with a heavy meal.
34. The first 3 days are the hardest, so just think about how good you’ll feel once you conquer those 3 days.
35. Write in your journal.
36. Suck on sugar free mints.
37. Go outside and admire the stars.
38. Listen to music.
39. Epsom salt baths are soothing to sore-achy, weak muscles, and also help eliminate toxins through the skin.
40. Put on face masks.
41. Vitamins, melatonin to sleep, B6, and B12 to speed up your metabolism.
42. Remember why your fasting.
43. Make a list of reasons to be skinny.
44. Make a list of “safe foods”.
45. Make a list of rules for yourself.
46. Make a list of tips for others.
47. Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you want to eat.
48. Cut a ribbon the size you want your waist to be. wrap and tie it around your wrist like a bracelet. Every time you look at it you’ll be reminded of your goals. When you’re tempted, take it off and wrap it around your waist. See how close you are, or how far you have to go, and resist the temptation.
49. When you have hunger pangs, picture your stomach eating away your fat, and that what you feel is the feeling of thinness and your fat burning away.
50. Write your current weight on one hand, and your goal weight on the other. When you go to eat, you’ll be reminded how fat you are, and how skinny you could be.
51. NEVER exercise during a fast.
52. Eat light the night before you begin the fast.
53. Try drinking a large glass of water at least once every hour.
54. If you feel faint feeling chew and spit.
55. Write a letter to Ana.
56. Whenever I feel like binging or breaking my fast I put on flavored lip gloss. It’ll kill your cravings if you lick it and you won’t want to eat or you’ll ruin your lip gloss.
57. When I’m trying not to binge or fasting. I always keep a scrap piece of paper with me. So whenever I’m tempted to break my fast or binge I’ll write the time on the paper. So at the end of the day I can see how many times I stayed strong, where my problem times are, and what triggered them.
58. If your craving something sweet try vaping with a bubble gum, chocolate flavor, cotton candy flavor, or whatever you fancy.
59. Holding yourself back for just 10 minutes can usually be enough to stop the craving.
60. Do you want to be skinny? Self control will be worth it.
61. Make bracelets and necklaces to distract yourself.
62. Make a Anti-Binge box. This is box full of distractions you can do instead of eating.
63. Play with PlayDoh.
64. Color in a coloring book.
65. Light some candles or incense. Focus on the smell.
66. Dye your hair.
67. Watch Netflix.
68. When you get a craving, count to 100 really slowly, and it might pass. Dr’s say that counting changes the minds direction in thought.
69. If you live by yourself, put up your favorite thinspo pictures everywhere. Stick your goal weight on the wall so your reminded of what your working towards.
70. Your goals are everything don’t look away from them, even for a second.
71. When you want to eat something you shouldn’t, make a list of all the reasons you shouldn’t, and read it at least 20 times.
72. Update your blog.
73. Text your ana/mia friends.
74. Try on your dream outfit at least once a month to see how it slowly starts to fit you.
75. Make a new Tumblr blog.
76. Make playlists of good vibes music, had a bad day music, etc.
77. Listen to music and draw.
78. Look on Pinterest.
79. Try special effects makeup. There are lots of tutorials on YouTube for doing this with household items.
80. Do your makeup differently than usual. Watch YouTube tutorials on how to do certain types of makeup styles.
81. Do your hair straighten it, curl it, etc.
82. Organize your surroundings, wash your makeup brushes, do your laundry, make your bed, rearrange your room, rearrange your makeup, rearrange your clothes, etc.
83. When I’m fasting or trying not to binge I tell myself, “You are now banned from the kitchen until tomorrow. ”
84. Write a letter to your future self. Set the send date to when you would like to achieve your next goal. You’ll feel embarrassed and ashamed if you haven’t reached your goal by that day.
85. Now go to the bathroom (or somewhere you have privacy) and look at your body. Mentally take note of the top three areas you need to lose weight. Those areas will only get worse if you binge.
86. Go to your favorite online stores shop, look at models, and add some clothes into your basket. Imagine what you’d look like wearing those clothes if you were skinny.
87. Get out a piece of paper and a pen. Write down 10 reasons of why you want to be skinny.
88. Paint your nails.
89. Coffee is an appetite suppressant. Drink it black or with a no-calorie sweetener.
90. Draw on your arms and legs.
91. Moisturize (soft skin is happy skin.)
92. Write a story on Wattpad.
93. Weigh yourself before and after the fast that way you can see your progress you’ve made.
94. Write a poem.
95. Blog.
96. Suck in your stomach at all times it burns calories.
97. Keep good posture, it burns 10% more calories throughout the day. You also look better.
98. Use a lip scrub.
99. Exfoliate.
100. Blow bubbles.
This is your time for healing, losing weight, gaining self control, and getting one step closer to your goals. Stay strong you can do it!there’s a LOT of good tips here

anti-binge guide
when you feel a craving coming on:
- drink a glass or two of water, slowly
- have a piece of fruit, like an apple
- make some warm herbal tea with natural sweetener
- go for a long walk or hike, put your earphones in and clear your head – walk with a friend if you’d prefer
- if you’re still craving the food, have the tiniest bit of it, no more than a bite, and have another glass of water
distractions:
- watch a long movie or start a new show
- study! complete homework or begin revising for exams
- write down your own thinspo imagines
- do some online window shopping and look at all the outfits you want to wear at a smaller size
- make your own thinspo playlist
- do some yoga or meditation
things to keep in mind:
- you already know what your favourite foods taste like – you don’t need to eat them again in bulk
- imagine the amount of progress you’ll make tomorrow if you exercise self control right now
- the shame and guilt that follows a binge is not worth it
- the physical pain and exhaustion is not worth it
- you’re not just affecting your weight, you’re affecting your overall health, your mental well-being, your skin
- binging means you’re wasting your time when you could be doing something much more productive

1. Being able to trace your bones with your fingers
2. Being able to wear what ever you want without wanting to run and hide
3. Having a dainty body
4. Watching the number on the scale drop lower and lower
5. Being someone else’s thinsperation
6. Being worth a second glance from the people you pass
7. Having a blast at the mall cause you rock every outfit
8. Being the skinny girl/friend
9. Being able to wrap your fingers around your thighs
10. Being every guy’s first choice
11. Feeling in control
12. Wearing bikinis to the beach and feeling like a queen
13. Being your own thinsperation
14. Seeing the shock on people faces when you see them after a while
15. Making him regret EVER leaving or rejecting you
16. Being able to wrap your hands around your waist.
17. Having a size 0 be too baggy for your tiny legs
18. Feeling accomplishment that you reached your goals
19. Getting compliments on how good you look/your weight loss
20. Looking good in any photo at any angle, you won’t have a bad side.
21. The boys can pick you up with absolute ease

Look at it that way:
It takes one day
Everyday you make progress
One day of eating 500 calories is progress.
It’s 1500 calories burned
That’s 0.4 lbs lost
2 more of these and it’s more than one pound of fat g o n e
It’s only small progress
But the small builds the big
In the end everything is about small things
Everything in the universe is made of the smallest thing- an atom
And the universe is huge
Small progress builds big achievements
Excuses VS realities
Excuse: “I’ll just have a day off/have a treat”
Reality: I have a shit relationship with food and even one ‘treat’ will set me off into a binge cycle and make me feel guilty, it’s just not worth it
Excuse: “I don’t need/want to lose weight”
Reality: At this point it’s doubt talking, I’m not doubting my want to lose weight I’m doubting whether it’s achievable and frankly just being lazy
Excuse: “I won’t be able to lose weight”
Reality: I can but I always fuck it up by thinking these type of thoughts and making excuses for myself which result in me giving up and then never seeing the results I want
Excuse: “I’ll start again tomorrow”
Reality: This is just making the process longer and harder for myself and showing my lack of willpower, just stick to it and don’t give up because starting again will mean wasting time and slowing down results
That day (imagine)
i cant wait for that day when my thin legs stretch over the bed and my feet land on the floor. a small yawn retreats from my mouth. i do a few stretches and my stomach rumbles, i press a hand and get excited. i get into the bathroom and get a glance of myself. sharp jaw line, skinny tendon filled neck, long collar bones, visible cheek bones. i strip down and look in the mirror. no more huge stomach. just ribs and hip bones baby. my long dainty arms get the scale from the closet and my hands are just skin layered over bone. my cold hands trace down my sides and i step on the scale. the blue screen flicks on, the numbers hop up and down for a second and then.. my ugw is on the screen. i gasp and step off, and then back on, then off again. i look at my body in the mirror. finally.
