hey anon!
the best way to conquer procrastination is to be fully motivated and to be motivated you need to have set goals.
i set my goals based on time – i set daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals and then long-term goals. to motivate myself with daily goals reward myself when i’ve completed something – like some chocolate or a fresh cup of coffee – it’s little but enough to motivate me to work on my next daily goal. it’s the daily goals that make your weekly goals easier to obtain and those make your longer term goals easier to obtain!
working with daily goals makes achieving them feel realistic and there’s nothing more motivating than being able to think “hey i could definitely meet these goals by this evening!”
plus it always helps to think that future you would thank you for doing all of this hard work so they can have some room to breathe and relax.

unfortunately, i don’t really have the time for hobbies at the moment! but when i get a second to myself i’m either baking, drawing or blogging! :-))
