Quick, easy, and super satisfying. This pasta has tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet peppers, and sun-dried tomato. It’s seasoned with crushed red pepper, garlic, freshly ground black pepper, and nutritional yeast.
A good bowl of overnight oats is always a good way to start the day😍⠀
During Summer, I always have some overnight oats in the fridge so I always can grab some when I don’t feel like making anything else or I’m in a rush😛⠀
My go-to recipe is quite simple and you can add whatever spices you want to😉⠀
Ingredients:⠀
– 1 cup rolled oats⠀
– 1 tbsp chia seeds⠀
– 1 tsp vanilla extract⠀
– Sweetener of choice⠀
– 1 ¼ cup plant milk⠀
Method:⠀
1. Mix everything together and let sit overnight in the fridge⠀
2. The next morning give it a good stir (add more liquid if it’s a little dry) and top with fruit⠀
