Blueberry Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons oats
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ cup low-fat greek yogurt (blueberry or plain)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  1. Add the oats and water to a medium saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture is thick but there is still moisture. Stir occasionally.
  2. Microwave the blueberries until they are warm all the way through (about 1 minute). Add 1 tablespoon honey and stir.
  3. Mix the yogurt and the oats in the pan. Scoop into two bowls and top with the blueberry sauce.
