Suns out and I’m not at work. I have been blessed with beautiful weather on my day off. You can bet I will be enjoying the warmth by reading a book in the sunshine. I have granola baking in the oven that’s making the house smell of roasted almonds and maple syrup, as well as some almond + coconut + oat biscuits cooking so I have snacks to take with me to work. I have a few things to do around the house but I have most of the day free to read. I plan on making a smoothie bowl shortly for breakfast, but for now here’s the porridge I had on the weekend.

With loads of home-made salted caramel drizzled on top! ✨ They’re both oil-free and made using ingredients from @thesourcebulkfoods 🥣😎 I always serve mine with fresh berries & a dollop of coconut whipped cream or @purecocobella vanilla yogurt 😘🥥… and there we have it, the perfect breakfast 🤩

Today’s run was absolutely amazing. I haven’t run anywhere near this far in a long time and the fact that I ran this long at this pace today, completely effortless and that I could’ve run longer makes me so happy. My legs and head were suuper tired this afternoon though but I love that feeling. Part of my lunch afterwards was whole grain toast with pb, banana, blueberry jam and cinnamon because I’m so obsessed with pb toast at the moment 🙂
