I’ve been eating oats literally every day for four weeks but they are the one food I will never get tired of. I also keep changing the way I prepare them and this is my current fave: one part rolled oats, 2-3 parts almond milk (add cinnamon, vanilla and flax/chia seeds if you want) soaked for 2-3 hours (or overnight). Then topped with fruit, almonds and other stuff. Today I also added chocolate protein powder (I use Vega) and it reminded me of my childhood because I used to eat oats with milk and chocolate powder all the time

✧ 1 ripe banana
✧ ½ medium avocado (yay for good fats and a thick & creamy smoothie bowl)
✧ Handful frozen pineapple chunks
✧ Handful fresh strawberries
✧ 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
✧ ½ tbsp ground chia seeds
✧ ½ tbsp @tropeaka acai powder
✧ ½ tbsp @tropeaka immunity berry powder
✧ Splash of @purecocobella
✨ Blended all the ingredients in my @vitamix_aunz then topped it with fresh fruit, home-made granola, @thesourcerhodes buckinis & hemp seeds & @purecocobella coconut yogurt 👌🏼 #vegan
Winter sore throat “tea”- In a jar combine lemon slices, organic honey and sliced ginger. Close jar and put it in the fridge, it will form into a “jelly”. To serve- spoon jelly into mug and pour boiling water over it. Store in fridge 2-3 months.
