one of my favourite days of the year is the day mangoes come back into season. They are without a doubt one of my favourite foods, I can’t wait to fill my belly with them this summer. I’ve been craving fruit a lot more again lately, will definitely be trying to eat a high raw diet as the weather warms up.
The other day I made a batch of waffles and froze a couple – honestly the best idea ever!! They’re so easy to defrost and pop back in the waffle maker to crisp up. I topped this one with strawberries, @pureharvest coco hazelnut spread and maple syrup, with mango, kiwi fruit and fresh orange juice 🍊

I used to wear makeup every day during my teenager years. I’ve even met a girl who didn’t dare to leave her room without makeup on because she was convinced she’s too ugly without. Let’s reverse this anomaly by showing the world that true beauty means authenticity and confidence. Stay true to who you are and never listen to haters. Embrace the beautiful mess you are.
