Vegan banana pancakes!! Fave thing to start the day off with 😜 to make these: -place 1 cup plant based milk, 1 mashed banana and 1 cup flour in a bowl, and whisk, till there are no lumps in the batter. -heat your stove to medium, grease your pan, and pour the batter onto it, in mini circles (I do 3 mini ones at a time) -Cook on one side, till surface is matte not shiny anymore (this takes around 3 mins), flip, et voila!

What’s in you happy bowl and are you into sprouting?

@plantiperformance recently got me into sprouting by myself so I’ve a little add on into my daily bowls.
My happy bowl is different everyday but one thing is always the same, loots of raw vegetables and now – sprouts.
For 2 Bowls of a sprouted hapiness:
50g spinach (2 handful)
½ cucumber spiralized
1 Zucchini spiralized
1 carrot spiralized
50g sprouted lentils (1 handful)
30g sprouted quinoa
50g sprouted chickpeas
100g Tempeh (half pack) + 100g mushrooms in a pan with turmeric
50g kimchi (half pack)
½ raw beetroot
