For the witch overwhelmed with life.

  1. Clean your room; focus on each individual section, dust and
    purge
  2. Clean your eating habits; try to stick to plant-based meals
and don’t eat anything processed or junk food
  3. Delete old texts and clean your phone out
  4. Clean up social media
  5. Clean your sheets, shower, and wash your clothes
  6. Throw out or consolidate old bottles of lotion, perfume,
    etc.
  7. Clean out your herb supply, throw out moldy or old potions
    and spell jars
  8. If you have a carpet, pour a mix of herbs onto it and vacuum
    them up
  9. Take a shower or bath and use an enchanted scrub to get rid
of dead skin and cleanse yourself
  10. Take out the garbage and freshen it up
  11. Light a few candles and change out your pillowcases
  12. Move furniture around, move plants and items to bring new
    energies in
  13. If your altar is messy, clean and organize it; cleanse or
charge your crystals and throw out old candles
  14. Make new playlists and delete old ones you no longer listen
    to
  15. Be as kind as you can not only to others, but to yourself
  16. Donate old books or materials, old clothes, etc.
  17. Wash your shoes
  18. Take a few sips of (edible!) moonwater
  19. Draw sigils inspired by your name and cleansing and burn
    them
  20. Learn something new, and teach something new
  21. Trim your nails and moisturize your skin
  22. Clean pieces of jewelry you wear often
  23. Throw out or reuse old pill bottles; put crystals in them,
paint them, use them as spell jars
  24. Renew good relationships and remove yourself from old ones
  25. Write down things that bother you on a piece of paper and
    burn it. Just burn things.
  26. Delete unnecessary contacts
  27. Drink plenty of water and ingest a lot of plants; cleanse
    your internal system

Planning on doing most of these things to prep for the new year.

motivation to keep myself going:

🌻bigger clothes cost more money

🌻oversized clothes will actually look cute and oversized instead of gross

🌻people will be able to pick you up

🌻you won’t hate how you look in every photo because you won’t look like a fat fuck

🌻you’re teaching yourself to not eat when you’re bored/stressed

🌻you have enough fat already to not eat

🌻you’ll look more masculine without trying as hard

🌻you can dress more androgynously without people thinking you’re a girl

🌻not as much boob to conceal and get rid of one day

🌻fitting into men’s pants and other clothes

🌻actually loving yourself

🌻literally one less thing to worry about one day

persephonesskeleton:

when i look at my body, i know my perfect body is under there. hiding. drowning. suffocating under rolls and layers of bubbly fat.

i wish i could take a pair of scissors and trim away the extra fat around my middle, around my thighs, around my arms, around my cheeks.

i wish i could mold my body like clay. i could rip off the excess and smooth down the rough edges. shape every curve, outline every rib, sharpen the jawline.

i might not be able to do those things, but i can reach my perfect body another way.

starve.
