If you go to to this website here , it can estimate how much you’ll weigh next week, and the week after that, etc!

Just fill in the info (height, weight, calories you plan to eat per day, etc) and you’re set! You’ll be able to see when you’ll reach your goals!

It keeps me motivated and I hope it keeps you motivated too! (:

this is so exciting to look at ! and hilarious bc i usually do this obsessively on my own w a full on calculator and graph paper lmao…

🔥binge prevention masterpost🔥

i’ve learned a lot about binging and how to not binge over be past few months and since i’m 100+ days binge free i’m gonna share a few ways i did by fighting cravings, using distractions, how to get back on track and all that stuff.

preventing binges

beat cravings:

  • drink water!!
  • chew gum
  • drink tea / coffee
  • suck on a mint / lollipop
  • chew on a straw (sometimes i just wanna chew and this helps)
  • set a timer for 15 – 30 min and have some water. when the timer goes off, your cravings should be gone

distractions:

  • workout!!!
  • read a book
  • fill in a few pages in a colouring book
  • write in a journal
  • go for a walk / run
  • play w your pet
  • go for a drive and play loud music
  • smoke weed (how to beat munchies here)
  • go window shopping
  • ride a skateboard
  • hang out w friends
  • play an instrument
  • clean / reorganise ur room
  • meditate
  • take a shower / bath
  • take a nap
  • just get away from the kitchen and food

day to day tips:

  • get enough sleep. research says that getting inadequate amounts of sleep makes your metabolism slower and raises insulin levels, causing you to be hungrier. aim for 7-9 hours
  • eat 3 small meals a day around the same time! get into a routine. your body will start getting hungrier at those times making it easier to eat at those times as well.
  • meal prep and meal plan! having your meals planned out is great bc you have an idea of what you can eat. it’s good to plan at different meals for different cal limits too. meal prepping is great bc you have to eat what you’ve prepped, it’s already cooked and you know what’s in it
  • keep binge foods out of the house. that’s just self explanatory. out of sight out of mind. but at the same time don’t deny yourself of all the good stuff. if there’s one thing i’ve learned since i’ve been binge free is moderation is truly key

if you do binge, please remember that it is not the end of the world. shit happens. but don’t let that one binge turn into 10 or 20 or so on. that one binge will not fuck up your progress. the only way you’ll fuck up your progress is if you let that one binge turn into a full blown binge cycle. take it day by day and be easy with yourself. take care of yourself if you do binge and please please please don’t purge. it’s not and never will be worth it. if you end up binging, take some deep breaths, drink some water, lay down and rest for a few and then get up and do a few lil exercises if you’re up to it or run a bath or watch your favourite movie. it’s up to you. stay safe and be careful y’all. message me if you need anything 🖤

life’s too short to not fill each moment with love. Chose to buy that plant you saw at the shops and nurture it. Chose to take a study break and spend it sketching or day dreaming. Chose to keep that picture you took of you with your s/o for yourself to enjoy instead of watching for the likes coming on social media. Put love into how you do your hair or maybe whack it into a messy bun and put love into creating art. Put love into how you treat others and value all members of society, treating everyone with love and respect. Choose to love yourself as you would others, respecting yourself and loving yourself, especially after failure. Choose love.

You can always start again. Clean out your social media. Create a new account for your new taste in music. Study or work in a new city. Start socialising with new people. Choose a new signature scent and style and purge the outdated parts of yourself. If you don’t like where you’re at, but you don’t know what to do about it – try starting again.
