OBSESSED WITH MANGOES 🥭 I love love love all the summer fruits that are now back in season. Definitely going to be eating a lot of raw foods as the weather starts to warm up, and I’d love to try going raw vegan for a short time (literally maybe a few days to a week) but we’ll see. It’s not warm enough yet for that! This was my breakfast a few days ago – banana nicecream (frozen bananas + dates + @h2coco coconut water) with mango and passionfruit. Super simple, nothing fancy, just pure hydrating fruits.
Today I’m working from 7am – 12pm, then I have uni from 1pm – 5pm. Life is super busy at the moment and I’m looking forward to having a few weeks off over Christmas. I enjoy being busy though, and I’m trying my best not to complain (even though I’m finding uni super overwhelming this semester). Still making sure I’m getting to bed early so I can rise early, doing some exercise (though not as much as I’d like), eating well, and reading etc – all the self care things that make me feel good! Gotta look after yourself, especially during busy/stressful times 🌘 Also trying to meditate more – it’s something I always say I want to do regularly but never actually do! But even a couple of times a week has to be beneficial right?

(Recipe) How to skip meals effectively

Here is how I skip meals effectively and without damaging my digestive system. Whenever I’m hungry (usually 3-4 times a day) I drink 3 glasses of water at once combined with 1 spoon of honey. Honey will NOT make you gain weight, it will only make your hair brighter and shinier 🙂 feel free to eat 1 spoon of honey with lots of water about 3-4 times a day, and you won’t have any trouble skipping meals!

i started adding a shit ton of honey to my tea and now i love it i wanna drink it all the time and it’s helped me lose weight bc i’m enjoying my drink and i actually want it for lunch. i’m serious. if you’re restricting or fasting, put as much as you want. it doesn’t affect you badly. get the organic kind and go to town and you’ll notice that you don’t have headaches while eating wayyy less and losing more weight 🙂

honestly life is all about the little things that u barely even notice, that delicious coffee u had in the morning, ur friend randomly pinching ur cheek, the moon shining brighter than usual, the radio playing your favorite song. pay more attention to these details!!! they make life worth living
