Hi! I am looking for some guidance on how to feel more connected to Aphrodite. I have built a shrine dedicated to her but still I’d like to know how can I welcome her to my daily life more mutedly and subtly, like in appearance, behavior, style etc. 💘
Greetings sweet rose! 🌹
✧
I absolutely adore this question, as I believe adding little subtle things to your daily life and style has a lot to do with worshiping a deity, *especially* Aphrodite. First off, i think it’s very important to be yourself! Discover what you feel most comfortable with in your life. Do you like having a more gentle, soft manner in life? Or do you prefer having a more sharp and direct style/behavior? Do what fits *you* and make your own preference of style the first priority! Next, behavior wise, i think one of the best behavior habits you can pick up in honor of Aphrodite is doing affirmations! I feel that affirmations are very lovely and can be truly helpful if you have self-esteem issues. They are a gateway to self love! You can say things like “i am beautiful” or “my (enter a facial feature/body part that you are insecure about here) is perfect the way it is” and “i love myself” for an example! Here are couple of lists of other things that come to mind for me:
appearance/style-wise🎀:
♡ Wear lip stain and light mascara, enhance your natural beauty
♡ Style your hair and give yourself hair treatments more often
♡ Make your alter/the area around the alter to Aphrodite extra stylized in your own unique way. Add things that resonate with you and make it more personal!
♡ embrace the Aphrodite inside of you and wear things that remind you of her
♡ get a manicure/pedicure every now and then
(as i said before, wear what makes you feel beautiful, lovely, graceful, ethereal, sexy, and/or however you want to feel! be comfortable with who you are)
behavior wise 💕:
♡ be kinder to others, compliment them the way you would like to be complimented
♡ check in with her every now and then, tell her how your day is going in your head, maybe even make up your own mini little prayer to her and move on with your day. It’s small and quick, but it helps to bond with her a lot!
♡ indulge on occasion in buying yourself lingerie, nice clothing, jewelry, shoes, whatever you’d like!
♡ use body language when talking to others, especially if you’re flirting with tthem! Smile, move in a lighter way, flip your hair, etc!
♡ practice your walk! it should be casual yet graceful. Try walking in a style that is in between runway-esc and your regular casual walk. This is a very Aphrodite-style thing and it’s definitely the kind of thing that she would love! ❤
I wish you the most lovely and best of luck in your Aphrodite worship! May you bond with her very well, my dear. ❤ I hope that my tips are of some sort of help to you! May you have a very pleasant day, darling.💗💞

hello, what are some nice tips to have a good, hard working winter? sorry for my poor english, i love your blog! :)
Hello my dear winter fairy! Some ways to have a productive and lovely winter are:
❄
keep your living area as clean as possible, as winter is the season where you are stuck inside the most.
❄
learn something new, read books and literature magazines, maybe even create a book club for the winter months so you have something relaxing to occupy yourself with!
❄
go on sled rides, build snowmen, make snow angels, do lots of winter activities! if you live in an area where there is no snow like myself, decorate and build fires in the fireplace. (and pretend there’s snow outside!)
❄
bake gingerbread and winter-related goods.
❄
stay healthy and exercise often, make sure to take care of yourself!
❄ enjoy the cold weather even if you aren’t very fond of it, try not to take the lovely crisp air and glittery snow for granted.
❄
drink lots of herbal tea and hot coco, watch winter-themed movies and snuggle up with someone you admire. (even if it’s your dog or cat!)
❄ get dressed up, go to a ballet and bring someone to go out to dinner with afterwards!
❄ plan out a mini garden to grow once the season is over and spring comes into bloom, it’s never too early!
I hope you have a very wonderful and magical winter filled with happiness and love, my angel! May you have a lovely day! 💖
how can you be an angel in school?
Oh, i believe I’ve answered a question quite similar to this before, but i will still give a few more suggestions, sweetling!💖✨
– eat a healthy breakfast before going to class, this will make sure you don’t feel in a bad mood throughout the day and is proven to enhance learning ability and overall performance.
– spritz on a perfume that makes you feel happy and angelic throughout the day
– let your voice be heard, don’t let the harshness of the people around you drown out your soft words
– try out hairstyles that remind you of fairies and angels, wash your hair when needed and perhaps try out some sort of hair fragrance if you desire
– have fun and stay in a postive mind-set! I understand that school can be stressful but do not let it bring you down, stay determined to do you best to learn throughout the year!

How can I feel like an angel in school?
Greetings my little dew drop! To feel angelic/fairy-like in school:
♡ be kind to others, always keep your word, and try your best to concentrate on learning!
♡ wear things that make you feel comfortable and elegant, and wear them with grace and confidence
♡ help others who are in the need of help (this does not mean help others cheat in class, though!)
♡ better your habits of etiquette and manners
♡ bring a charm of some sort to school that may bring you comfort and joy, especially if it’s something you can wear.
♡ write in a journal all of your thoughts (preferably in a fancy portable calligraphy pen, or a pen with a feather attached!)
♡
bring rose water with you that you can spritz on your face to refreshen your mind and heart throughout the day!
♡ softly hum your favorite songs while you gracefully walk through the hallways
♡ if you are allowed, keep a water bottle that contains fruit/herb infused water
I hope my little tips are of any help to you, darling! May your says be bright and your mind be at ease. ♡
what’s some things to do that don’t involve your phone?
Oh, there are lots of things, my dear!! 💝💖First of all, try to resist the urge of picking your phone up and checking social media. Turn it off for a while and put it somewhere you won’t pick it up from again. Try out a new hobby perhaps, like baking or painting, or even practice an instrument/singing.You could take a nice walk (if it’s cold, make sure to bundle up!) have a little adventure outside. You could go to a few shops and get some coffee/tea, clean up your living area while listening to music that makes you feel happy, read a book, write a story, or spend time with family. Perhaps you could make a cup of hot chocolate, get comfy, and watch a nice movie while doing something that doesn’t take too much attention, like doodling on a piece of paper. There are lots of things to do, just try and put your phone away for a few hours! I know it may be hard, but once you find something that catches your attention, you won’t need to check your phone every few minutes. I hope you have a very lovely day and that you are feeling your best, my dearest flower. 💕
december mood: dostoyevskys writing, marble statues with snowdrops in their heads, using the light of the candle to write, cold hands, raindrops over your eyebrow, buster keaton films, gray wool stockings, messy hair, second hand coats, eating chocolate cake while reading emily dickinson, dried roses in glass, watching movies under your blanket late at night, smell of cinnamon
