It just takes 3 days. 3 days to overcome your cravings, the fatigue the sadness.

It takes 21 days to change a habit.

Why do I keep giving up when it’s that simple?

So I know restriction doesn’t work for legs, waist, etc. I’m getting back into working out and was wondering if you have any good exercises to slim my waist and legs? I’m reallyyyy insecure about them, thanks😊

Here are some of my favourite workouts that I personally use!!

 ~ Slim legs workout

 ~ Belly Workout

 ~ Waist HIIT workout

 ~ Thigh gap workout

 ~ 4 min ab workout

As you can see most of them are from the same channel but she is just very very good at making easy workouts and they show the best results for me. However I am also a fan of dance workouts and yoga, so might as well look into them!

And don’t be too insecure, dear. I bet your body looks amazing and it’s just your ED talking. Keep being motivated and you’ll have your goal body in no time!! ♥

it’s never too late!!!!!!! to text them back. to drink enough water today. to get into a skincare routine. to learn the piano or how to paint!! to learn winged eyeliner. to tell them how u feel. to start getting fitter. to get changed or brush your teeth or shower today. to read that book or watch that show everyone was talking about years ago. to turn an acquaintance into a friend. if u don’t start somewhere u won’t go anywhere at all.
