~ pink, rougey cheeks (natural or from makeup! as long as you appear to be a sweet little rosebud in a garden, either one is lovely!)
~ smile, even when you aren’t feeling much like doing so (and watch the world smile with you)
~ move your body with more grace; more pep; and/or with your chin tilted a little more up towards the sky (as though you are expecting a little kiss from the clouds)
~ wear clothing that is *physicslly* soft!(if you feel hardened, allow the sensation of cozy fabrics against your skin to ease your troubled heart)
~ carry with you an adorable little keychain or two; ones that represent something simple, pure, and sweet: think heart or star-shaped; stuffed animals; Sanrio or Studio Ghibli characters; a swan or pair of wings; a flower, etc! (these may also double as a ‘stress reliever’ to squeeze when you’re feeling anxious!)
~ consider makeup looks (if cosmetics are your thing, of course!) that evoke a sweetly glow: glossy lips, a hint of nude sparkle on your eyelids, a sweep of sun-inspired highlighter or bronzer, super-wispy eyelashes 😇✨🐰💕
