That sh*t is hard so let me give you some advice that works for me!:
- Try to wake up early. It will make you feel better and more productive already
- Try to go through your full morning routine. The better your day starts the more productive you’ll be!
- Make a plan and be realistic with it. Give yourself enough time for food and other necessary stuff
- Give yourself breaks that do not involve blank staring into your phone
- Productive breaks like cleaning are the best
- If you feel like putting something off, think about your future self and how you’ll feel tomorrow having the work done
- Try your best to not get distracted by social media, netflix and other stuff
- Hype yourself up and go over your goals
- Go to bed early enough to feel rested the next day
