current workout routine

this is my current at home workout routine. a good bit of these can be done in your room and a lot can be done in your bed!! i’ll indicate the ones that can be done in your room and/or bed.

cardio

  • walking / jogging: minimum 30 mins but i aim for an hour or longer
  • jump rope: 10-15 mins, moderate intensity
  • stair steps (stepping up and down one step): 20 secs stair step, 10 sec rest. repeat 10 – 20 times / 5 – 10 mins
  • dancing: periodically though out the day for 10-30 mins at a time. turn on your fav tunes and jam out, twerk, do whatever!

strength training

arms

  • arm circles: 30 secs forward, 30 secs backwards. 3-5 sets.
  • push ups: 3-5 sets of 15. can be knee push ups
  • punches: 3-5 mins
  • bicep curl with water bottles: 3-5 sets of 15
  • triceps dip: 3-5 sets of 15
  • lateral raises: 3-5 sets of 15

abs

  • crunches: 2-5 sets of 25. (i personally do 2 sets of 100-150 but that’s bc i can)
  • planks: 2 mins / side planks: 30 – 90 secs
  • russian twists: 2-5 sets of 25 (sometimes i add weights w water bottles)
  • flutter kicks: 60 secs. repeat 2-4 times
  • leg lifts: 60 secs. repeat 2-4 times
  • bicycle crunches: 2-4 sets of 15

i also follow this too

legs / booty

  • squats: 2-4 sets of 25
  • wall sit: 1 – 2 mins
  • donkey kicks: 2-4 sets of 15
  • pillow squeezes: as long as i can take it, anytime i’m in bed

also do a couple of these as well

this is all the working out i do at home. you don’t need a gym to get your body toned!! if you wanna add weights, use full water bottles or soda bottles, whatever. i like to turn on netflix or hulu and do these in my room.

blue means can be done in room

green means can be done in room & bed

edit: no i don’t do all of this in a single day. i take a couple from each category and focus on that. like one thing from cardio + arms or cardio + some legs and some abs. don’t do all of this in one day that’s insane haha
