(66 hr fast anon) i’d appreciate a vegetarian recipe/idea, but anything works really!! thanks!!

  • incorporate some tofu (if u like it) in ur meal in some way. if you’d like, a good teriyaki sauce i came up with is soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic, onion powder, a lil honey and brown sugar. heat it up and add a lil cornstarch if u want it to thicken
  • if u don’t like tofu, corn, peas and beans are really good sources of protein for not a lot of cals. i’d have maybe a cup of one of those
  • fake meat products usually always have a good bit of protein. try a “chicken” salad! some lettuce, a morning star chicken patty, some low cal / 0 cal dressing / lemon juice, plus some broccoli / edamame / corn / pumpkin seeds and u have a high protein low cal beautiful tasty salad!
  • smoothies!! get some ice, tofu (if u like), some fruits that are high in protein (guava, blackberries, kiwi, oranges, etc) and some vegetarian protein powder and boom! high cal smoothie!
  • high cal pancakes! mix some vanilla protein powder into ur pancake mix and boom u got high protein pancakes
  • vegetarian chili! grab u a big pot and throw in some crushes and diced tomatoes, chili powder, lots of beans (lentils, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans), corn maybe, mushrooms, cayenne pepper, s/p and boom u got a big pot of high protein chili. or add in some vegetarian meat crumbles to give it that Real Chili Feel
