I found this place called eatthismuch.com that takes your calorie budget and gives you a day of recipes to fill it! You can adjust for vegan options as well. They give you meal plans for as low as 400 calories per day, not the usual recommended 1200. They have all kinds of meal options so if you don’t like what they offer, you can just refresh and get new recipes!
good thing about this is that they assume that you use oil. I personally feel uncomfortable using oil when restricting because it is so high cal (I mean do you want a spoon of oil or a hugeeee fucking bowl of salad or fruit or even a bit of candy). I tried this site out and I really like it. Just be careful when regenerating a meal. It can happen that they suggest a meal to you that is over your cal limit
