1. Emptiness, being able to tell you have gone without eating for a long time, knowing you’re one step closer to your goal

2. Finishing a fast, the longer the better it feels

3. Wanting to binge, but doing something else instead

4. Seeing a change in your body in pictures

5. Smaller sizes slowly starting to fit you

6. Seeing your weight get closer and closer to your goal, dropping more each day

7. Getting dizzy and lightheaded, evidence that you are doing well

8. Refusing food or throwing it away

9. Having the self control to only buy zero calorie drinks when out with friends 

10. Looking in the mirror and seeing your body getting smaller
