You guys asked me for my Pão de Queijo (kind of bread) recipe, so here it is:
Makes 11 breads, and each bread is 16kcal, and the whole recipe is 185kcal!
(because it’s only 16kcal, you can put some jam or cheese)
Ingredients:
• Egg whites (2 whites, 66g)
• Tapioca (50g)
• Cream cheese (1 tbsp, 30g)
• Baking powder (1 teaspoon, 5g)
• Salt (a bit, 2 g)
How to:
1. Preheat the oven at 390°F (200°C)
2. Mix the egg whites until its a foam (espuma)
3. Mix all the ingredients
4. Bake for 10 minutes!
