Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons oats
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ cup low-fat greek yogurt (blueberry or plain)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
Steps:
- Add the oats and water to a medium saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture is thick but there is still moisture. Stir occasionally.
- Microwave the blueberries until they are warm all the way through (about 1 minute). Add 1 tablespoon honey and stir.
- Mix the yogurt and the oats in the pan. Scoop into two bowls and top with the blueberry sauce.
